Job Summary

• As the Senior Program Manager, you will oversee programme execution, stakeholder engagement, and operational planning while ensuring successful delivery of strategic educational initiatives and projects.
  Responsibilities
• Lead programme planning, implementation, and monitoring across multiple workstreams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, partnerships, and programme activities.
• Oversee budgets, reporting, and programme performance tracking.
• Coordinate project timelines, procurement activities, and resource allocation.
• Prepare programme reports and ensure effective documentation of activities.
  Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in programme or project management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
