Job Summary

• As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily business operations to ensure efficient service delivery, operational excellence, and exceptional client satisfaction.
  Responsibilities
• Oversee end to end operational processes to ensure efficient production, timely project delivery, and excellent service quality
• Develop and implement operational strategies that improve productivity, optimize resources, and enhance overall business performance
• Coordinate with production, sales, and client service teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and high client satisfaction
• Monitor operational performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an operations management role within the Printing industry
• Proven experience overseeing production operations, workflow management, and client service delivery in a printing environment
• Strong understanding of printing operations, production planning, quality control, inventory coordination, and process optimization.
  Salary
  N300,000 – N350,000 monthly.
