Job Summary 

  • They are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, expand our client base, and establish strong partnerships within the healthcare sector.
  • The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop corporate and HMO relationships, increase patient referrals, and position the clinic as a preferred provider of quality eye and dental care.
    Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the clinic’s growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with corporate organizations, HMOs, schools, government agencies, NGOs, and community groups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring healthcare providers, corporate clients, insurance companies, and strategic partners.
  • Promote the clinic’s eye care, dental care, occupational health, and preventive healthcare services to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with corporate clients and healthcare partners.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate health outreaches, vision screening programs, dental awareness campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that increase patient acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Track business development activities, sales performance, and partnership outcomes, providing regular reports to management.
  • Represent SmartBay Eye & Dental Clinic at business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and healthcare conferences.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business growth and revenue targets.
    Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in business development, healthcare marketing, corporate sales, or relationship management.
  • Experience working in a hospital, dental clinic, eye clinic, HMO, pharmaceutical company, or healthcare organization is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of achieving business development and sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to  work independently with minimal supervision.
