Job Summary

• As the Managing Director, you will lead the organization’s strategic, commercial, and operational activities while driving portfolio growth, profitability, and regulatory compliance.
  Responsibilities
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability
• Oversee lending, credit, recovery, and portfolio management activities to maintain asset quality
• Build strategic partnerships and strengthen relationships with regulators, investors, and key stakeholders
• Lead and develop a high-performing management team while driving operational excellence
• Present business performance, strategic initiatives, and risk reports to the Board of Directors.
  Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
• Professional certifications such as ACIB, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CIBN are desirable
• 10 – 15 years experience in financial services with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing lending or credit operations
• Strong knowledge of credit risk, loan portfolio management, regulatory compliance, and business strategy.
  Salary
  N,3000,000 – N3,500,000 monthly.
