 Job Title: Client Service Representative

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Kano, Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities

• Ensuring a positive and professional client service experience.
• Customer onboarding and account opening.
• KYC validation and regulatory compliance checks.
• Account upgrades and maintenance requests.
• Card issuance support and card lifecycle management.
• Resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Customer education and adoption of MoMo products and digital channels.
• Operational reporting, documentation, and audit support.
• Escalation and resolution of customer and operational issues
  Requirements
• Possess an OND in any related field and at least 2 years experience as a client services representative
• Exceptional ability in providing professional, efficient, and friendly client services.
• Ability to coordinate with other departments on client-related matters.
• Advanced ability to provide technical assistance, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
• Willingness and the ability to travel to client locations, when required.
• Ability to keep updated on new developments in the field of client services.
• Excellent interpersonal and recordkeeping skills.
  Salary
  N193,000 monthly.
