Job Summary

• We are looking for smart, articulate, and customer-focused Call Centre Representatives to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos.
  Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers where necessary.
• Meet assigned customer service and performance targets.
  Requirements
• Minimum of HND / BSc Degree.
• Not more than 35 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English.
• Customer service or call centre experience is an added advantage.
• Must be available to work on-site in Victoria Island, Lagos.
  Salary
  N200,000 / month.
