Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

What We Are Looking For

  • We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to help shape and build the products and infrastructure that power financial services on Anchor.
  • This is a highly technical product role.
  • You’ll work closely with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and business teams to turn complex financial and technical problems into simple, scalable products.
  • We’re looking for someone who can go deep into APIs, systems, integrations, data, and technical architecture, while still thinking from the perspective of customers and business outcomes.
  • You should be comfortable working closely with engineers, asking the right technical questions, making product trade-offs, and taking products from problem definition through to production.
    What You Will Do
  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery and problem definition through development, launch, and iteration.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements, technical specifications, APIs, workflows, and edge cases.
  • Translate complex financial, operational, and technical problems into clear product requirements and solutions.
  • Partner with engineers on system design, integrations, APIs, data flows, and technical trade-offs.
  • Define product priorities and roadmaps based on customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
  • Work across teams to deliver reliable products in a highly regulated and technically complex environment.
  • Use data, customer feedback, and product insights to identify opportunities and improve existing products.
  • Own product documentation, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and edge cases early and drive them to resolution.
  • Work closely with engineering and operations teams to monitor products in production and continuously improve them.
  • Help build products that make complex financial infrastructure simple and easy for businesses to use.
    What We Are Looking For
  •  Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
  • 4–6 years of product management experience, preferably building technical products, APIs, platforms, or infrastructure.
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, backend systems, databases, integrations, and software development workflows.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and the ability to engage in technical discussions.
  • Strong understanding of product development, system design, and technical trade-offs.
  • Experience writing clear product requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break complex problems into simple solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across engineering, design, operations, and business teams.
  • Strong ownership — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just requirements.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Strong product sense and an obsession with building simple, reliable experiences for customers and developers.
  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial infrastructure, B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or API products.
