Job Description

• The IT Support / Systems Officer will provide technical support and ensure the reliability, security and effective operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems and user technology environment.
  Responsibilities
• Provide first- and second-level technical support.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  Install, configure and maintain computers and peripherals.
• Support network connectivity and infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Monitor system performance.
• Implement data backup and recovery procedures.
• Support cybersecurity and information-security controls.
• Maintain IT asset registers.
• Install software and perform system updates.
• Document technical incidents and resolutions.
• Train users on systems and technology.
• Liaise with external IT service providers where necessary.
  Requirements
• B.Sc./ HND qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years’ relevant IT experience depending on level.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco CCNA or related certifications are an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of networks, operating systems, cybersecurity and cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  Salary
  N300,000 – N450,000 monthly.
