Job Description

• We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a real estate firm located in Wuye. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving revenue targets.
• The successful candidate will contribute to the firm’s growth by enhancing client relationships and expanding market presence.
  Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to enhance performance.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
  Requirements
• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-10 years experience.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  Salary
  N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
