Job Title: Relationship Manager

Locations: Garki, Utako, Wuse and Gudu – Abuja (FCT); Awka and Nnewi – Anambra; Warri, Sapele, Asaba and Ughelli – Delta; Nsukka – Enugu; Kumbotso, Dala, Wudil and Bichi – Kano; Abakaliki and Afikpo – Ebonyi; Keffi and Lafia – Nasarawa; and Suleja – Niger

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new merchants and drive revenue growth
  Develop and maintain strong merchant relationships
  Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition/revenue targets
• Prospect through field visits, referrals and networking
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
• Grow revenue from existing and new merchant portfolios.
  Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales, Business
• Development, Relationship Management, Merchant Acquisition or related roles
• Proven track record of customer/merchant acquisition and revenue generation
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Target-driven with excellent relationship management abilities
• Experience in Fintech, Payments, Transaction Finance, or Banking is an advantage.
  Compensation & Benefits
• Gross Salary: N240,656 / month
• Net Salary: N203,408
• Misc. Allowance – Probation: N50,000
• Misc. Allowance – After Probation: N100,000
• Total Monthly Take-Home After Probation: N303,408.
  Other Benefits:
• 3.5% commission on total portfolio revenue
• Paid monthly
• No earning cap
• Top performers can earn up to 8× their monthly
• salary in commissions
• Fully covered HMO
• 10% employer pension contribution
• Transportation, airtime and data allowance.
