Job Summary

• As the Treasury Sales Manager, you will manage the team to drive treasury sales, deposit mobilization, client acquisition, and portfolio growth while managing key relationships and supporting the performance of the sales team.
  Responsibilities
• Drive deposit mobilization and revenue growth by developing and executing effective treasury sales strategies.
• Manage relationships with corporate, institutional, and high-value clients to identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Promote treasury products and investment solutions based on client requirements and prevailing market conditions.
• Track financial market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and develop initiatives to expand the investment portfolio.
• Monitor team performance, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury sales, relationship management, or financial services, with proven team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of treasury products, investment solutions, and financial markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, client relationship, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  Salary
  N700,000 – N900,000 Net monthly.
