 Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Reports To: Group Head, Banking Platforms
Job Purpose

Provide Technical Support To the Subsidiary company
Duties & Responsibilities

• Technical implementation of new solutions
  Daily/ weekly/Monthly/Quarterly report generation.
  Testing and deployment of new updates made to
• Hope banking channels (USSD, Internet Banking, Agency and Mobile)
• Daily monitoring of transactions across different channels (USSD, Internet Banking, Agency and Mobile)
• Second level support to subsidiary bank Customer Care
• Daily Monitoring of transactions on Hope processing system(HDP)
• Monitoring of resource utilization on Hope digital Platform server
• Issue tracking management
• Daily Monitoring of Hope core banking application (PRIME)
• Daily backup
• Adhoc task
  Requirements
• Education: OND in Information Techology, Computer Science or other related courses
• Experience: Minimum of 2 Years I.T Support

  Skill/Competencies:
• Proficiency in Postgress, Microsoft SQL Server management studio
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
