 Job Title: Product Manager – Cross-Border Payments

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Responsibilties

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the organisation’s cross-border payment products.
• Gather and prioritize business, customer, and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
• Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, feature prioritization, and release schedules using Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate the integration of banks, payment gateways, mobile money operators, remittance partners, and Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
• Monitor product performance, transaction success rates, customer feedback, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Compliance to ensure products meet AML/CFT, KYC, sanctions screening, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify new product opportunities.
• Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), process flows, acceptance criteria, and release documentation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-launch monitoring.
• Work with Customer Support and Operations to resolve product issues and improve customer experience.
• Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance reports to senior management.
  Qualifications
• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 5 years experience.
  Salary
  N300,000 – N500,000 monthly.
