We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: Tax &  Legal Coordinator

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Key Responsibilities

• Preparation, filing, payments follow-up of all taxes due; VAT, WHT, ITF, NSITF, PAYE (local & expats), CIT, Pensions and other statutory responsibilities.
• Making sure that company is compliant with all Tax & Legal requirements
• Managing tax audits
• Liaising with various authorities
• Postings, reviewing and matching of accounts in the ERP
• Liaising with company’s external solicitors on legal matters;
• Insurances Management
• In charge of relationship with Company Secretary
• Support in any other topic regarding Tax & Legal matters.
  Profile
• The incumbent will coordinate all legal and tax-related matters of the company.
• The role ensures compliance with local regulations, group policies, and best practices, while proactively identifying legal and tax risks and supporting business operations.
