Role Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade web and platform solutions.
• The successful candidate will serve as a technical leader, mentor development teams, and drive engineering excellence across projects.
  Key Responsibilities
• Lead full-stack software development initiatives.
• Design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Develop frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop backend services and APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Guide technical decision-making and architectural standards.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders.
• Manage deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
  Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Certifications.
• Azure Certifications.
• Experience building SaaS platforms.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience managing distributed engineering teams.
  Leadership Requirements:
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years leading development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing engineering delivery across multiple projects.
• Ability to mentor, train, and grow engineering teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
