Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Officer to strengthen our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will deliver an excellent service, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement at Enugu International Hospital.
  • You will work within a multidisciplinary team serving patients across South-East Nigeria, with access to modern facilities and a clear pathway for professional development.
    Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high-quality, reliable service within the Human Resources function
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold organisational standards
  • Support quality improvement and process-efficiency initiatives
  • Uphold health, safety, and compliance requirements at all times
  • Contribute to a professional and patient-focused hospital environment
    Qualifications and Experience
  • Relevant degree with L&D / training experience
    Current registration with the applicable Nigerian regulatory body, where required
  • 5+ years work experience.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
