About the Role

• We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to help drive awareness, engagement, and enrollment across our digital channels – someone equally comfortable with strategy and hands-on execution.
  Responsibilities
• Plan and execute growth marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels
• Own content calendars and manage day-to-day social media presence
• Track performance metrics (CAC, conversion rates, engagement) and optimize based on data
• Support lead generation and enrollment campaigns for cohort launches
• Collaborate with the team on partnerships, community building, and brand awareness initiatives.
  Requirements
• 1–3 years’ experience in digital/growth marketing (agency, startup, or in-house)
• Strong grasp of social media platforms, content strategy, and basic analytics tools
• Excellent written communication skills
  Self-starter, comfortable working remotely and independently
• Bonus: experience with paid ads (Meta/Google) or email marketing tools.
