Pack ‘N’ Pay is a product of CIC Integrated Services LTD. CIC was created as a wholesale store that supplies food to offshore catering companies to feed the offshore workers. Pack ’N’ Pay was created as a product that would leverage technology to solve the problems of retailers and wholesalers. Pack ‘N’ Pay officially started operations on January 18th 2021 and launched her e-commerce website on March 1st 2021.

About the Programme

• The Pack’N’Pay Champions Programme is designed for energetic, ambitious, and well-connected individuals who are passionate about marketing, sales, and community building.
• As a Champion, you will help grow Pack’N’Pay’s B2C business by promoting our products, acquiring new customers, driving referrals, educating customers about our products, and building strong communities both online and offline.

  What You’ll Do
  Brand Awareness & Promotion:
• Promote Pack’N’Pay B2C products within your community and online networks.
• Create awareness about our products and educate potential customers on how they  work.
• Share approved marketing content across your social media platforms and community groups.
  Customer Acquisition:
• Refer and onboard new customers.
• Guide customers through registration and their first purchase or savings journey.
• Encourage repeat usage and customer retention.
  Community Engagement:
• Build relationships within campuses, workplaces, estates, religious groups, markets, and online communities.
• Introduce Pack’N’Pay to WhatsApp groups, Telegram communities, associations, and other relevant networks.
• Support community activations, campaigns, and promotional events.
  Referrals &  Sales Growth:
• Drive customer referrals using your unique referral code or link.
• Promote special offers, campaigns, and community buying opportunities.
• Help increase customer engagement across Pack’N’Pay’s B2C products.
  Market Feedback:
• Gather customer feedback and market insights.
• Report customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
• Share ideas that improve customer experience and business growth.
