Job Summary

• As the Financial Controller, you will provide strategic financial leadership by overseeing financial planning, reporting, compliance, internal controls, budgeting, and treasury management.
• You will ensure the organization’s financial health while supporting business growth and operational excellence within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
  Responsibilities
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to support strategic business decisions and organizational growth
• Oversee financial controls, statutory reporting, tax compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements while ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, working capital, and financial risk to optimize business performance and profitability
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization, financial performance, and operational efficiency across the business
• Lead and develop the finance team while strengthening internal controls, financial systems, and reporting processes
  Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance,
• Economics, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree is mandatory
• Professional qualification such as ICAN, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is mandatory
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive finance experience, with significant experience in the FMCG sector
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, internal controls, ERP systems, tax, and statutory compliance
• Excellent leadership, analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
  Salary
  NGN 2,200,000 – NGN 3,500,000 / Month.
