Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Executive / Field Sales Officer to drive revenue growth through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
  • The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and promote the company’s logistics and e-commerce solutions.
  • Experience in technology-driven industries and knowledge of blockchain technology will be an added advantage.
    Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers through field sales activities, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close business deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, merchants, and strategic partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent customer experience.
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports for management.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
    Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple prospects, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in logistics, e-commerce, fintech, international education, migration services, or technology-related industries is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology and emerging digital solutions is an added advantage.

    Salary
    N150,000 Monthly + Attractive Commission Structure
