Job Summary

• As the Field Marketer, you will drive user and property onboarding by engaging property owners, realtors, and agents and assisting them to list and manage their properties on the company’s AI-powered property platform.
  Responsibilities
• Identify and onboard property owners, realtors, agents, and individuals with properties to list on the platform.
• Conduct field marketing activities to generate leads and drive platform adoption across assigned locations.
• Guide new users through website navigation, property listing, and platform features to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Follow up with onboarded users to encourage active use of the platform and resolve basic navigation or usage challenges.
• Complete daily check-ins, clock-ins, clock-outs, and activity reports through Microsoft Teams while meeting assigned onboarding targets.
  Requirements
• 1–2 years experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or a related role.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate websites and learn new digital platforms quickly.
• Strong communication, persuasion, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, intuitive, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  Salary
  N150,000 Monthly.
