About the Role

• Our client is seeking a digital sales expert who seek out profiles social media profiles that fall into our ideal target audience, qualify them based on objective criteria, can communicate with empathy, discretion, and clarity — while confidently converting qualified leads into paid community members.
• This role requires emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and strong persuasion skills. It is not a spammy sales role.
  Responsibilities and Duties
• Engage prospective members via Instagram DMs and related channels
• Respond to enquiries with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
• Qualify leads and guide them through the decision-making process
• Close qualified prospects into paid offerings
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Track conversations, follow-ups, and conversions
• Work closely with the founder to align messaging and tone
  Requirements
• Proven experience in leads generation, DM closing, sales, or client conversion roles
• Strong written communication and persuasion skills
• High emotional intelligence and empathy
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion
• Comfortable working with high-value, private clientele
• Reliable, organised, and performance-driven.
  Salary
  N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
