Job Summary

• As the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide strategic financial leadership and oversee the organization’s finance function, ensuring sustainable growth, strong financial controls, effective capital management, and regulatory compliance.
  Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, including long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and financial performance management
• Lead treasury, cash flow, working capital, funding, investment, and banking activities while ensuring adequate liquidity to support operational and expansion requirements
• Oversee financial reporting, taxation, audits, internal controls, risk management, and statutory compliance while ensuring adherence to applicable financial and telecommunications regulations
• Provide strategic financial insights to executive management and the Board, including financial modelling, investment analysis, business performance reviews, and recommendations on major commercial decisions
• Lead and develop the finance function while partnering with commercial, technical, and operational teams to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and overall business performance
  Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA, Master’s degree, or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage
• Minimum of 15–20 years’ progressive finance experience, including significant experience in senior financial leadership positions
• Relevant experience within the Telecommunications industry is mandatory, with strong understanding of telecom operations, revenue models, capital expenditure, and commercial dynamics
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, ICAN, CIMA, or equivalent is mandatory
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, treasury, budgeting, financial modelling, corporate finance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and executive stakeholder management.
  Salary
  NGN 1,500,000 – 2,000,000 Monthly
