Job Title: Junior  Brand Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Summary

  • We are seeking a creative and results-driven Junior Brand  Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies that drive brand awareness, market share, and sales growth.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives, analyze market trends, and ensure consistent brand execution across all consumer touchpoints.
    Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of brand and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in developing promotional activities, product launches, and consumer engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
  • Track marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
  • Prepare brand performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all marketing materials and activities.

    Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 – 3 years of brand management or marketing experience, preferably within the FMCG industry (wines and spirits experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
