The Opportunity

• We are seeking an ambitious, sharp, and structured  Project Manager to lead, structure, and execute key operational initiatives across our global ecosystem.
• In this role, you won’t just be tracking tasks on a spreadsheet—you will be designing business processes, driving high-visibility corporate projects, and building the operational infrastructure that keeps international teams performing at their peak.

  What You Will Do
  End-to-End Project Leadership:
• Drive Strategic Initiatives: Lead cross-functional corporate projects from inception through execution, ensuring milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met with zero compromise on quality.
• Global Systems Rollouts: Partner with cross-border teams and vendors to implement and optimize global enterprise platforms (travel, logistics, corporate infrastructure, and workflow automation).
• High-Stakes Event Logistics: Oversee operational frameworks, command hierarchies, and vendor management for large-scale international corporate events and executive gatherings.
  Business Process Architecture & Optimization:
• Process Design & Refinement: Map, analyze, and optimize core business processes to eliminate bottlenecks, increase administrative velocity, and enforce operational consistency across regional offices.
• SOP Creation & Governance: Build scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and governance frameworks that ensure seamless day-to-day execution.
• Performance Tracking: Establish clear operational KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to give leadership real-time visibility into project health and workflow efficiency.
  Stakeholder & Resource Management: 
• Management
• Executive Liaison: Serve as a key operational partner to senior leadership, HR, IT, and external enterprise vendors, communicating progress, risks, and solutions with clarity and poise.
• Resource Optimization: Manage internal team capacities, task allocations, and third-party vendor performance to ensure maximum return on operational spend.
• Change Management: Lead teams smoothly through operational transformations, software adoptions, and workflow restructurings with clear guidance and support.
  What We Are Looking For
• Professional Certifications (Plus): PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certifications are highly desirable.
• Proven Track Record: 3+ years of experience leading complex projects, business process mapping, or administrative operations within a fast-paced corporate, logistics, maritime, tech, or professional services environment.
• Process-Driven Mindset: Exceptional ability to deconstruct ambiguous operational challenges, design clear workflows, and implement structured solutions.
• Project Management Toolkit: Fluency with modern project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, process mapping software).
• Executive Presence & Communication: Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to manage high-level executive expectations and drive accountability across diverse teams.
• Problem-Solving & Agility: Strong commercial acumen, rigorous attention to detail, and a calm, decisive approach when navigating evolving priorities.
