 Job Title: Analyst, Facility Management

Location: Lagos
Job Summary 

• The Property Management Officer is responsible for identifying suitable properties, coordinating with brokers and agents, conducting property due diligence, overseeing expatriate guest house maintenance, and supporting management with property-related assignments.
  Key Responsibilities 
• Propose suitable properties as required.
• Follow up with brokers and agents.
• Conduct site visits and enquiries to ensure there is no litigation or encumbrance affecting proposed properties.
• Manage and coordinate expatriate guest house maintenance.
• Coordinate repairs, vendors, and facility service providers.
• Maintain property records and reports.
• Any other duties assigned by Management.
  Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant experience in property or facilities management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of property due diligence and maintenance management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
