Job Description

• The Business Development (BD) Officer will be responsible for identifying and onboarding merchants onto Flexi MFB’s products by engaging business owners in assigned markets and commercial areas.
• The role requires building strong customer relationships,
• Driving merchant acquisition, promoting the Bank’s products and services,
• And ensuring consistent achievement of daily and monthly onboarding and
• Transaction targets through active field sales and market engagement.
  Key Responsibilities
• Approach and engage business owners in markets and commercial areas
• Educate customers on the benefits of Pay With Transfer (PWT).
• Prior experience not required, training will be provided.
• Onboard and assist merchants in opening business accounts
• Meet daily and weekly onboarding targets.
  Requirements
• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
  Immediate resumption is prioritized.
• Must reside in Lagos, Calabar, Onitsha, Enugu, Ekiti or Ogun
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  Energetic, confident, and target-driven.
