Job Description

• We are recruiting on behalf of our client who owns a restaurant in Surulere, Lagos.
• The successful candidate will serve as a Customer Service Specialist, ensuring top-notch service for guests while contributing to a positive dining experience.
  Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Ensure that the dining area is clean and welcoming
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Maintain accurate records of customer feedback and orders
  Requirements
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Flexibility to work various shifts
  Salary
  N90,000 – N100,000 monthly.
