Summary

  • Our client is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Studio Coordinator & Social Media Manager to join its growing team.
  • This role combines studio coordination, vendor management, project research, and social media management.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Principal while building and managing the firm’s digital presence across multiple platforms.
    Key Responsibilities
  • Source and follow up with vendors and suppliers for quotations, product availability, and lead times.
  • Conduct product, material, and supplier research to support project specification and procurement.
  • Attend occasional site and showroom visits within Lagos, assist with measurements where required, and prepare clear reports with photographs and findings.
  • Organize studio information, manage follow-ups, and coordinate ongoing tasks across multiple projects.
  • Provide administrative, operational, and research support to the Principal as required.
  • Assist with additional studio responsibilities in the interest of the business.
  • Develop and manage the firm’s presence across Instagram and Pinterest.
  • Create visually compelling graphic content that aligns with the firm’s brand identity.
  • Plan and execute weekly and monthly content calendars.
  • Write engaging captions and marketing copy in line with the brand’s tone of voice.
  • Research and implement effective social media and digital marketing strategies for the architecture and interiors industry.
  • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and brand visibility.
    Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in social media management, studio coordination, executive support, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience working in an architecture, interior design, creative agency, or design-focused environment is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to attend occasional site visits and vendor meetings within Lagos.
    Required Skills:
  • Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills.
    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe Illustrator (added advantage)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, and
  • social media best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail with excellent time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
