Job Summary

  • As the Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for building and leading the organization’s commercial function, driving sponsorship revenue, developing strategic partnerships, and creating sustainable revenue growth opportunities.
    Responsibilities
  • Build and manage sponsorship and partnership pipelines from prospecting to deal closure
    Pitch, negotiate, and close sponsorship and brand partnership opportunities
  • Develop pricing structures, revenue strategies, and commercial packages aligned with market trends
    Manage key client relationships, account growth, and sponsorship renewals
  • Lead commercial reporting, revenue forecasting, and CRM pipeline management
    Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • 7–10 years experience in B2B sales, sponsorship, media sales, partnerships, or commercial leadership roles
  • Proven track record of building revenue pipelines and closing significant commercial deals
  • Strong network across brands, agencies, and sponsors within the Nigerian market
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, forecasting, and relationship management skills.
    Salary
