They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Festac, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Functionally Reports To: Business Development Manager
About You

  • You will generate revenue by identifying and securing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients and promoting the company’s products and services.
  • You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, conducting market research, following up on leads and providing excellent customer service to drive business growth.
    Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial markets
  • Conduct product presentations and educate customers on solar energy solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, installers, and partners
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct site visits (when required) to assess customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Stay up to date with solar technology trends and competitor offerings
    Requirements
  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years in direct sales, with experience in both B2B and B2C environments with a track record of success (preferably in the renewable energy and technology, or similar industry).
  • Basic understanding of solar energy systems
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable with field sales and client visits
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
