Job Summary 

• They are currently recruiting for an IT Project Manager
• The primary objective of the IT Project Manager role is to strategically plan, execute, and finalize IT projects within defined timeframes and budgetary constraints.
• This involves resource procurement, agile team coordination, and stakeholder management to ensure alignment with the organization’s IT and business strategic initiatives.
• The IT Project Manager will oversee the complete project lifecycle, employing methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall to enhance efficiency.
  Responsibilities
• Develop project roadmaps using tools to define scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets in alignment with IT and business strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination using collaboration tools and ensure all project requirement, deadlines and schedules are met.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, providing technical updates on infrastructure, deployments, and integrations, while handling vendor contracts and ensuring deliverables meet SLAs.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks using risk management tools, ensuring adherence to change management frameworks like ITIL
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and forecast financial impacts related to infrastructure, cloud services, software licenses, and development.
• Ensure deliverables meet technical standards by enforcing rigorous QA and testing methodologies
• Conduct comprehensive onboarding and in-house training programs for junior technical staff, providing mentorship on solutions and technical activities
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess performance, document lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
• Submit project deliverables that adhere to established quality standards.
• Coordinate development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents for successful system handover.
• Manage customer satisfaction during the project transition phase.
• Supervising Seamless Project Reporting by the Team on all projects.
  Requirement
• A Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in a related field.
• Project Management Certification e.g. PMP, Prince 2 is a plus.
• Proven experience and track record in managing IT or technical project
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• ITIL Certification or familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects with multiple stakeholders, high risk, or technical complexity.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management environments is preferred.
• Hands-on experience dealing with third-party vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing deliverables.
• Proven experience in managing project budgets and ensuring financial compliance.
• Familiarity with implementing and managing change in dynamic IT environments, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruptions.
