Human Resources Officer (Remote)

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly dependable Human Resources Officer to oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, compliance, performance tracking, and HR operations across all our companies.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, managing people, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Create and publish job advertisements across multiple hiring platforms.
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist applicants.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Schedule interviews using Google Calendar and other scheduling tools.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain an organized applicant tracking system.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Employee Onboarding

  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct virtual onboarding sessions.
  • Create company email accounts and provide system access.
  • Ensure all new employees complete onboarding requirements.
  • Coordinate training schedules with department supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.

HR Administration

  • Maintain digital personnel files.
  • Track attendance and working hours.
  • Manage employee leave records.
  • Monitor probation periods.
  • Maintain HR documentation and company policies.
  • Ensure all staff records remain updated.

Performance Management

  • Monitor employee KPIs and productivity.
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly performance reviews.
  • Work with department managers to improve employee performance.
  • Document disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Recognize high-performing employees.

Employee Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related concerns.
  • Resolve employee issues professionally and confidentially.
  • Promote a positive and productive work culture.
  • Ensure professionalism across all departments.

Policy & Compliance

  • Develop and update HR policies.
  • Ensure staff comply with company procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Support management in implementing operational improvements.

Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports covering:

  • Recruitment activities
  • New hires
  • Staff resignations
  • Attendance reports
  • Performance updates
  • Open vacancies
  • Training activities
  • HR recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of HR, recruitment, or administrative experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Compensation
Salary: USD $200/month
Remote position
Monday – Saturday
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
