Job Title: Technical Sales (Engineer) Executive – FNL (Architectural Glass & Partition Systems)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Description

• We are looking for candidates with sales ability, but also measurement accuracy, architectural drawing interpretation, glass knowledge, quotation preparation, client management and project coordination.
  Key Responsibilities
• Technical Sales & Client Consultation.
• Measurement & Quantity Estimation
• Architectural Drawing Interpretation.
• Quotation Preparation & Cost Estimation.
• Site Visits & Project Coordination.
  Requirements
• Qualifications: BSc, HND in Building Technology, Architectural Technology, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering Technology or related fields with substantial hands-on experience minimum of 2 years upward in the glass, aluminium, glazing, or building construction industry are encouraged to apply.
• He / She should be from a recognised Nigerian Polytechnic, or an equivalent qualification, in a relevant technical or construction-related discipline.
  Required Technical Skills
  Measurement and Mathematics:
• Linear measurement and metric unit conversions.
• Area calculations in square metres (m²).
• Basic geometry and dimensional calculations.
• Material quantity estimation and measurement accuracy.
  Construction and Technical Knowledge:
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and construction plans.
• Basic understanding of construction terminology and site procedures.
• Knowledge of architectural glass applications and installation principles.
• Familiarity with glass types, including tempered (toughened), laminated, and double-glazed glass.
• Understanding of aluminium and glass partition systems.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and explain them to clients.
  Computer Skills:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and basic office applications.
• Ability to view and interpret PDF architectural drawings.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other architectural drawing software will be an added advantage.
  Salary Gross
• Ranges from N200,000 to N300,000 monthly depending on years of experience plus commissions on sales, with HMO & training.
