Job Summary

• Oversee floor operations, monitor staff performance, ensure excellent customer service delivery, and maintain operational efficiency across shifts.
  Key Responsibilities
• Supervise floor staff, front-of-house, and daily branch activities.
• Ensure adherence to company operational policies, customer service standards, and punctuality guidelines.
• Resolve customer inquiries and operational bottlenecks promptly during shifts.
• Prepare daily shift reports and submit performance summaries to management.
  Requirements
• Proven supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant operations, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, and high accountability.
