We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: Sector Lead, Real Estate & Construction

Location: Lagos
Job Description

• Lead sector coverage, originate and manage quality customer relationships, structure credit and trade transactions, drive deposit and revenue growth, coordinate internal approvals, monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with credit, risk and regulatory standards.
  Minimum Educational & Professional Qualifications
• HND or B.Sc Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration,  Engineering, Agriculture or related field.
• 5 – 8 years banking/relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in sector relationship management or structured finance.
• Professional qualification is an added advantage.
  Technical Competencies:
• Credit analysis; financial statement analysis; deal origination and structuring; sector/industry analysis; risk assessment; relationship management; portfolio monitoring; regulatory and compliance awareness; negotiation and presentation skills.
  Behavioural Competencies;
• Leadership; commercial orientation; integrity; ownership and accountability; strategic thinking; communication; teamwork; resilience; sound judgment; customer focus.
  Preferred Experience/Exposure:
• Demonstrable exposure to real estate development, construction finance, project milestones, documentation and contractor risk.
