Job Description

• As a SAP Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP systems, supporting business operations across Nigeria. This position requires technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong collaboration across teams.
  Responsibilities
• Provide Level 2/3 SAP Application Support
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues.
• Deliver timely and effective solutions to user queries and incidents.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Manage SAP Incidents and Service Requests
• Prioritize and manage incidents and service requests in accordance with defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Escalate issues to relevant teams when necessary.
• Lead and manage the Level 1 application support team within a manufacturing environment, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
• Ensure the stability and optimal performance of SAP applications.
• Coordinate and collaborate with business users, vendor teams, and internal IT teams to deliver robust application solutions and enhancements.
• Drive and manage medium-to-large scale SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Analyze and interpret data to generate insightful management reports for informed decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.
• Champion continuous improvement in application support processes.
  Qualifications
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP applications.
• Proven experience in managing Level 1 application support within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen aptitude for data analysis and management reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing IT projects, particularly within SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Exposure to Tableau or other Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools is a plus.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
