Role Overview

  • The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective clients, and closing real estate transactions.
  • The role requires strong communication skills, relationship management, and the ability to convert prospects into buyers while delivering an excellent client experience.
    Key Responsibilities
    Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
  • Leverage social media, referrals, and field marketing.
    Client Engagement:
  • Present property offerings clearly and confidently.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable options.
  • Conduct property inspections and site visits.
    Sales Conversion:
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Follow up consistently with leads and prospects.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
    Relationship Management:
  • Maintain long – term relationships with clients.
  • Provide after – sales support and updates.
  • Encourage referrals and repeat business.
    Market Intelligence:
  • Stay updated on market trends and property values.
  • Monitor competitor offerings.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences.
    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Number of leads generated weekly.
  • Site inspections conducted.
  • Conversion rate (leads to sales).
  • Monthly sales volume (₦ value).
  • Client retention and referral rate.
    Additional Requirements
  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 – 3 years experience.
  • Willingness to travel within Lagos.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Access to a smartphone and internet.
  • Ability to work weekends when required.
