Job Title: Relationship Manager

Locations: Kano, Kaduna, Kogi, Niger, Jigawa, Sokoto, Katsina, Bauchi, Adamawa and Maiduguri – Borno
Employment Type: Full-time
Criteria — Please Read Carefully

• Must currently reside in the specified Northern states
• Must possess strong knowledge of the local business environment and currently operate within the target locations
• Good understanding of retail, commercial, and SME banking opportunities within their markets.
• Must currently work in the Banking Sector –
• Microfinance Banks are NOT eligible
• Must be a top-performing banker with a proven track record of strong figures/results
• Minimum B.Sc. 2:2 OR HND Upper + Master’s Degree
• Must have an NYSC Certificate or exemption letter
• Must have at least 5 O-Level credits, including
• Mathematics & English
• Evidence of current and historical portfolio performance (screenshot will be required).
  Required Grades:
• Grade age limit minimum casa portfolio
• Assistant Banking Officer-ABO
• Banking Officer-BO
• Senior Banking Officer-SBO
• Assistant Manager-A.
