 Job Title: Quality Trade & Complaints Specialist – North Region Research & Development B2B

Location: Nigeria
Purpose

• To serve as the frontline technical representative for customers across Eastern Nigeria by providing technical complaint investigation, bakery support, quality auditing, and customer relationship management services that ensure optimal flour performance, protect brand reputation, and support business growth.
  The Job 
• Conduct field investigations and technical audits at customer bakeries, distribution outlets, and trade locations.
• Diagnose flour and bakery performance issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective corrective actions.
• Collect technical evidence, analyze findings, and prepare detailed investigation reports.
• Conduct and supervise bakery trials to evaluate flour performance and support product optimization.
• Manage customer complaints from receipt to resolution while ensuring compliance with company procedures and service standards.
• Coordinate product sampling and laboratory analysis to support complaint investigations and technical assessments.
  Requirements
  Qualification:
• B.Sc. or HND in Food Science, Food Technology, Cereal Science, Baking Technology, or a related discipline.
  Experience:
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Flour Milling, Industrial Baking, Bakery Technical Services, Quality Assurance, Food Manufacturing, or Technical Sales.
• Practical knowledge of bakery operations, flour functionality, dough rheology, and baking performance assessment is required.
  The Person Must:
• Possess a strong understanding of flour functionality, baking processes, and bakery performance evaluation.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes of technical and quality-related issues.
• Be able to interpret laboratory results and translate findings into practical bakery solutions.
• Have strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
