We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Location: Lagos
Job Description

  • Analysis of FG/ RM/PM/IP/stability/validation/Water/hold time study & other analysis related in Quality control dep
  • Maintain, Monitor &Implementation of cGLP & cGMP as per latest norm
  • Sampling and analysis of incoming Raw materials, packaging materials and miscellaneous material
  • Calibration of Equipment’s / Instruments as per calibration schedule and monitoring of temperature-controlled equipmen
  • Destruction of respective records & QC Samples like Raw materials reference samples, & RM /PM/IP/FG/stability/Water/hold time study left over sample
  • Preparation of SOPs, Protocol and report for QC project
  • Reporting of OOS, OOT, deviations, change control Laboratory Incidence during analysis activity
  • Analysis and reporting of process validation samples, customer complaint, vendor samples and investigational sample
  • Inputting the quality reports, Data / Results entry of SFG, FG Raw material/Packaging materials in SAP system
  • To comply with Internal and External Audit Observation
  • Preparation of volumetric solutions and reagents, Maintaining stock of chemicals and glassware
  • Preparation of working standard
  • To follow and maintain Good Chromatographic Practice
  • Preparation and maintenance of Analytical data sheets and Excel spread sheet
  • To maintain the housekeeping within the Laborator
  • Ensure and perform trend analysis of SFG and FG.
    Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, or related Life Sciences discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical Quality Control laboratory.
