Job Summary

• The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within approved scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget.
  Responsibilities
• Develop project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Define project scope, deliverables and milestones.
• Coordinate project teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and performance.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks.
• Track budgets and project expenditure.
• Prepare project status reports.
• Manage project documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure project quality standards are maintained.
• Manage changes to project scope and requirements.
• Resolve project issues and escalate risks appropriately.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons-learned reviews.
  Requirements
• B.Sc./HND in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Management or related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM or equivalent certification is strongly preferred depending on seniority.
• 3–7 years’ project management experience.
• Strong planning, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in project-management software.
• Excellent risk-management and problem-solving abilities.
