Job Title: Production Operator – Crude Area

Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Onsite
Job Summary

• To operate production equipment in the Crude Area in accordance with approved procedures, handle basic utilities and carry out solvent distillation operations as required.
  Key Responsibilities
• To operate reactor, centrifuge, Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), Powder transfer system (PTS), Sparkler filter & secondary filter.
• Can handle basic utility like Vacuum/Cooling line/Chilling plant.
• Can operate Distillation solvent in reactor & column.
  Qualifications & Experience
• OND / NABTEB in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of production operations experience in chemical synthesis or the pharmaceutical industry.
  Managerial competencies:
• Safety consciousness
• Teamwork and discipline
• Attention to instructions
  Technical competencies:
• Operation of reactor, centrifuge, FBD, PTS, Sparkler filter and secondary filter
• Basic utility handling including Vacuum/Cooling line/Chilling plant
• Solvent distillation operation in reactor and column
