Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Sango Ota, Ogun
Job Description

• To carry out maintenance routine checks, supervision, and monitoring of the production machines to ensure smooth and efficient operation and uninterrupted factory production.
  Responsibilities
• Operate the production machinery according to standard operating procedures, ensuring efficient and accurate production processes.
• Develop and implement a preventive and corrective maintenance schedule to ensure machinery operates optimally and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues on the equipment promptly to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections, to ensure accurate machine performance tracking, facilitate troubleshooting, and support informed decision-making for maintenance planning and operational efficiency.
• Document and maintain accurate records of production activities (material consumption and wastage), machine performance, and issues encountered during operations to report these to the supervisors.
  Qualifications
• Interested candidates should possess an OND in Engineering with 1-3 years of experience.
