Scope

• Movement of food and stock between the store, the production kitchen and the front.
  Responsibility
• Make sure everything arrives on time, in good condition and fully counted.
  Duties
• Run the daily dispatch schedule;
• Move stock against approved requisitions;
• Count and sign dispatch lists at both ends;
• Report shortages or spoilage;
• Support heavy lifting on busy days.
