Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Field Technician – Mechanical Pumps to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, overhaul, and repair of various pumping systems used in industrial and oil & gas operations.
  Key Responsibilities
• Install, inspect, maintain, overhaul, and repair centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.
• Carry out alignment, balancing, and mechanical inspections.
• Diagnose pump performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Replace mechanical seals, bearings, couplings, impellers, and related components.
• Support pump testing, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality and HSE requirements.
• Assist in equipment reliability improvement initiatives.
  Qualifications and Experience
• OND, HND, HSE 1, 2,3,Trade Test, or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years experience maintaining industrial pumps.
• Knowledge of pump systems, seals, bearings, rotating equipment, and piping systems.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
• Ability to work independently at field locations.
  Salary
  N200,000 – N300,000 per month.
