Job Summary

• Lead kitchen operations, maintain high culinary standards, manage commercial recipe preparations, and oversee food quality and hygiene across our food service lines.
  Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily food preparation, cooking, and presentation according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory, monitor ingredient stocks, and minimize kitchen waste.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and kitchen hygiene protocols.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth shift operations.
  Requirements
• Proven professional experience in a commercial kitchen, deep knowledge of West African culinary arts, leadership skills, and excellent hygiene discipline.
