Role Overview

• Bakery Associate is responsible for preparing and baking high-quality bakery products while maintaining food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• The role includes operating bakery equipment, ensuring products are fresh and well-presented, maintaining a clean work environment, and delivering excellent customer service.
• The Bakery Associate also supports daily production activities and works collaboratively to achieve operational and sales targets.
  Key Responsibilities
• Consistent product quality and freshness.
• Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Minimal product wastage.
• Timely completion of daily production schedules.
• Positive customer feedback and satisfaction.
• Adherence to production and operational procedures.
  Requirements
• Minimum of SSCE, ND, or NCE.
• Previous bakery or food production experience is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
