Job Description

• We are seeking Bailing Officers to support the handling and preparation of finished products.
• The successful candidates will operate bailing equipment efficiently while maintaining proper handling, quality, and production standards.
  Key Responsibilities
• Carry out bailing operations according to established procedures and specifications.
• Arrange and prepare finished products correctly before bailing.
• Operate bailing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure products are properly positioned and evenly compressed.
• Secure completed bales appropriately to maintain their shape and stability.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Meet assigned production targets.
  Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industrial bailing experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience operating or working with bailing equipment.
• Good attention to detail and physical coordination.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work under production targets.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
