- You will be responsible for supporting the strategy, planning, management and execution of social media across ARQ
- Studios and selected client accounts.
- Working closely with the Creative Director, designers, editors and wider creative team, you’ll translate business objectives into engaging, social-first content that delivers results.
- This role combines strategic thinking with execution. You’ll be expected to plan content, manage multiple accounts, brief creatives, analyse performance, capture content on shoot days and continuously identify opportunities to strengthen the brands we work with.
- Develop and manage social media strategies for ARQ Studios and client accounts.
- Create structured monthly and campaign content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
- Plan content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Develop content pillars, recurring content series and campaign concepts.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, calls to action and platform-specific copy.
- Adapt tone of voice across different brands and audiences.
- Brief designers, editors and creatives on required assets.
- Coordinate the production of Reels, TikToks, carousel posts, stories and other social-first content.
- Schedule and publish approved content across platforms.
- Manage content workflows and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Monitor comments, messages and online communities while maintaining each brand’s tone of voice.
- Conduct competitor research and trend analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor platform updates, cultural conversations and emerging content formats.
- Analyse performance across social media platforms and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Support campaign launches, product launches and wider marketing initiatives.
- Maintain consistency across each brand’s visual identity, messaging and positioning.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams throughout projects.
- Maintain organised records of content calendars, approvals, reports and assets.
- Attend client shoot days where required.
- Capture high-quality, social-first iPhone content during shoot days.
- Confidently direct clients and talent to capture engaging content.
- Identify opportunities to capture additional behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content during production days.
- Organise captured footage and provide clear briefs to editors.
- Contribute ideas to strengthen ARQ Studios’ own social media presence, marketing and thought leadership.
- Minimum of 4 years experience working within a creative agency.
- Experience working with lifestyle, beauty, hospitality, fashion, food & beverage, entertainment or culturally led brands.
- Experience capturing content on professional shoot days.
- Experience using scheduling and social media management platforms.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
- Understanding of paid social media.
- Experience supporting influencer or creator campaigns.
- Basic understanding of SEO and social search.
- Experience briefing designers, photographers, videographers and editors.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools within a professional workflow.
